ComedySportz is pleased to announce the extension of its hit production Charlie Presto and the Magical Academy of Mystery and Sorcery, an improvised parody of You-Know-Who (no, not him - the kid wizard!). Charlie Presto is a long-form comedy improv show that lampoons a certain very popular book and film series. Each week, the skilled cast of comic actors delivers a hilarious and fully spontaneous "book" from the series, based on suggestions from the audience.

       

The show, directed by Matthew Stephen Young (creator/director of the hit show The High: An Improvised Teen Drama) and produced by James Thomas Bailey and ComedySportz Los Angeles, features the same characters each week, as well as exciting guest stars.

Regular performances are Fridays only through Feb 26, 2010.  All shows are at 10:30 pm.
Advance purchase tickets are $10 and tickets at the door are $12.
