Meet Myra Jo and Scott (both center). Guess how they met. We'll tell you: Taking a workshop from ComedySportz. And now they're getting married! In true fairy-tale fashion, they came to the U-sical on 3-23-07, and that night's musical comedy was all about them. This could happen to you! Except not with Myra Jo or Scott; they're already taken.

Here are some of the talented volunteers who helped us out during the kids' matinee on 4-7-07. These guys were playing "Pillars"...

The U-sical on 3-30-07 concerned Leonard's real-life experience with a computer printer that started printing on its own. Spooky! Tune-filled! Based On Actual Events!

....so were these two...

March (and April) Madness is in full swing! The High School League teams that came to our theatre to perform on 3-31-07 included Cham
inade...

..these three were playing "Moving Bodies"...

...and Arroyo

..this young fellow was playing "Bedtime Story" (how did our man John get into every shot?)..

...this one was playing "Sound Effects"...

....these three were playing (and being) "Props"...

...this lad was playing

...and here's a whole bunch of kids playing "Barnyard Symphony."effects

Can you tell which is the child volunteer and which is the professional ComedySportz player

March (and April) Madness on 4-7-07 included red-hot High School League teams Immaculate Heart...

...and Valencia, who seem to have earned the dread Brown Bag Foul.

The Sunday Team Show on 4-8-07 featured volunteers from all over the world, including Jurgen, here handing out Peeps in honor of Easter...

...Axel, here being handed a reward for helping out...

...and Andrea (left) and Carol (right), here being handed their own ComedySportz players.

.At a private show at our theatre for the students of Rose and Alex Pilibos Armenian School on 3-12-07, we were delighted to share the stage with volunteers Mary...

...Jenny....

....and Ani, who said she liked us better than she likes Whose Line Is It Anyway. We think these kids are very wise for their age.

On 1-26-07 we did a U-sical about Tony, in which he and his son were awarded a guardian angel chicken. It was pretty touching.

The 8:00 show on 3-16-07 was attended by a group of theatre students from La Costa Canyon High School, some of whom joined the show as volunteers. Here's Lucy, helping the blue team in the game "Blind Line"...

...and here's Todd (in the middle), who did a great job making sound effects..

..and here's Spencer, obviously a favorite of the red team. We don't know if Spencer was with the high school group or not, but he looks like he was

. At the same show, we had people celebrating their birthday. One of 'em, Nathan, joined us on stage for the game of "Hey Waiter!"

. And another one, Beth (back row center), got serenaded with a birthday love song. Beth is quite attractive in real life and not blurry at all.

. The U-sical on 3-16-07 was all about Chris (in jacket). You can't really tell it by looking at him, but he was born in the closet of a hotel room on the slope of a volcano in Italy. His story made for an exciting musical!

Every Saturday afternoon in March and April, it's March (and April) Madness! High School League teams from all over Southern CA gather at our theatre and go head-to-head. It's much funnier than basketball; you should come see it. On 3-27-07, the teams included Flintridge Prep...

..Martin Luther King...

...Narbonne...

. ...and Oak Park. Congrats, everybody!

.At the 8:00 show on St. Pat's Day, Marmie provided some wonderful sound effects.

.And at the late show on St. Pat's Day, Christian, who got a free soda for wearing green, returned the favor by spreading lots of laughter.

At the 8:00 show on 3-9-07, we had two groups celebrating birthdays. Ryan's birthday group included Ryan, Matt, Jack, Russell and David.

Here are most of 'em again, helping James to tell a campfire story.

And here's birthday girl Andrea, enjoying the fact that both teams are pitching woo at her.

Afterwards, Andrea's group had a party on the patio. Your group can do this too!

.Now you can see what they were all excited about: a banquet table full of desserts.

Saturday 2-24-07 was Oscar™ Night at ComedySportz! Loyal fan Kari was so tickled, she had to hug one of our ushers.
